QCT's vision is for flourishing Queensland churches: * Unified in Christ * Diverse in tradition, geography and culture * Together in prayer, worship, witness and service.

QCT encourages and aims to equip its members to

• work and worship together, while respecting each Church's disciplines, doctrines and traditions
• deepen Christian unity through dialogue
• give prophetic leadership to each other and the community by:
  - speaking out on behalf of oppressed people
  - promoting Reconciliation and healing between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people
  - responding to human need and acting on issues of justice, peace and creation.
• dialogue with people of other faiths to further mutual understanding and the joint pursuit of peace.

To learn about how QCT translates these aims into action, please see the What We Do section.
