God’s mission – not ours: that’s the basis on which many churches build their understanding of mission today. It’s a long way from the vision of the first international missionary conference of 1910, in which Western European and North American voices predominated. This article retraces the journey of the last hundred years and reflects on two possible themes that may be important in mission in the future.
