Eat This Bread Drink This Cup was compiled in 2004 by the NSW Ecumenical Council as a sequel to Life after drowning (also listed under Resources). It was edited by Ray Williamson and Gerard Kelly.

The five sessions are arranged according to the following themes:

  1. Thanksgiving to God
  2. Memorial of Christ
  3. Calling the Holy Spirit
  4. Communion of the Faithful
  5. Meal of the Kingdom.

Each one contains group prayer, impulses for personal comments by the participants, case studies from different churches, some scriptural and other quotations, and a conclusion. The studies are framed by an introduction and concluding comments.
