Mission Australia – Northern Territory Chaplain
As our Northern Territory Chaplain, you'll provide spiritual guidance to our staff, volunteers and on occasion our client base. Your key strengths will be in building trust and empowering people on their chosen pathway.
As our Chaplain you’ll participate in research & development of programmes to strengthen organisational culture, provide best practice service to your state and excellence in Chaplaincy. As the State representative you'll be given the opportunity to influence the direction of chaplaincy at the National level.
This is a rewarding multi-faceted role which involves respecting boundaries, building strong links both within our staff base and into the wider community. Including fostering relationships with churches, theological and other institutions.
As an ordained Minister or Deacon you have theological qualifications and a preparedness to administer across the faiths. You will strengthen the spiritual and organisational health of Mission Australia through listening to the needs of our staff. This role works across all our Northern Territory sites.
